Hi, I’m Dr. Rachna Jain. I’m a licensed psychologist with a specialization in couples and marital therapy, and more than 50,000 hours of direct client experience. I’m also an entrepreneur, and own three businesses.
I’ve been interviewed in major media publications such as Fortune Small Business, Entrepreneur Magazine, The Chicago Tribune, The Washington Post, as well as Self, Shape, Cosmopolitan, Redbook, and Allure- among many others. I’ve guested on top radio stations including NPR, and I’ve also appeared on NBC’s Today Show.
All this to say that I’m a nationally recognized expert in the psychology of relationships. I’m the author of six books, including Overcome Rejection: The SMART Way, which offers a five step model for making yourself more rejection resilient.
I’m also the founder of InLoveandBiz.com, the couples relationship program for entrepreneurs. Being married myself, I’ve seen firsthand how difficult it can be to balance the demands of growing a business with the expectations of maintaining a relationship.
I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients on all kinds of concerns, but my absolute favorite aspect of my work is helping couples improve their relationships. I see this as a contribution I’m making not just to them, but to their children, communities, and rippling outward to everyone they know and interact with.
A strong and happy relationship has a ton of protective and positive benefits. People who are in happy relationships are wealthier. They are in better health. They live longer- and experience greater satisfaction and less stress overall.
Because I have seen the positive benefits that a good relationship can have both personally and professionally, I’ve created the InLoveandBiz program to help more entrepreneurs experience these positive outcomes.
If you are an entrepreneur in a committed marriage or partnership, and you want to learn how to create a better relationship with your partner while you grow your busines, then let’s connect—I’m certain I can help you.
In Love and Biz,
Rachna Jain, PsyD
